Our Commitment to Quality

At Jama by Sila’, we stand behind every piece we create. Our garments are handcrafted with intention and care. We offer a 7-day return window to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition

  • All original tags must be attached and intact

  • Item must be in its original packaging and presentation

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at jama@silacreations.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Jama by Sila’ is not responsible for any shipping fees, insurance, or loss during the return shipping process. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping to protect your package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized pieces

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Gift cards or digital purchases

Processing Returns

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item carefully to verify it meets our return requirements. This inspection process may take up to 5 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Jama by Sila’ is not responsible for delays in processing by your financial institution.

Return Shipping Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. Jama by Sila’ will not reimburse return shipping charges under any circumstances. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking for all returns.

Rejected Returns

Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. This includes items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags. You will be notified of rejection via email, and you will be responsible for arranging return shipping of the rejected item.

Damages and Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at jama@silacreations.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue within 3 business days. For items found to be defective due to manufacturing, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Timeline

  • Days 1-3: Process your return request

  • Days 4-7: Receive and inspect your return

  • Days 8-10: Issue approved refund

  • Days 11-17: Bank processing time

Please allow up to 17 business days for a full refund to appear in your account.

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item following this policy. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of condition or reason.
